EUR/USD: 1.4136

EUR/USD Analysis, July 15, 2011

Very Short-Term Trend: weak uptrend

Outlook: EUR has traded sideways for the past day or so, but that sideways trading actually indicates the upside momentum has weakened. Consequently, though there is still a pattern of higher highs and higher lows on the hourly chart, the outlook is not as bullish as it was yesterday morning. The Euro may eventually try to rally toward 1.4360/70, but first it might decline toward the1.4045 level.  Stay alert and prepare to sell at 1.4136.
