Starting out with the weekly chart for this pair it appears price is bouncing off the 233 ema it landed on earlier this week and may go up.

 EUR/USD Daily Analysis, October 21, 2011

On the daily chart price has been riding the 5 ema up and has slowed up a bit and price could slightly drop but at 1.3680 the 13 ema is crossing the 21 and I expect his to give price a lift.

 EUR/USD 4hour Analysis, October 21, 2011

On the 4 hour chart price appears to be dropping a bit, I expect it will fall to the 55 ema, possibly as low as the 144 at 1.3690 then bounce and keep rising throughout the day.  The M4 monthly pivot point is just between the 4 hour 55 and 144 ema's.

 EUR/USD 1hour Analysis, October 21, 2011

On my 1 hour chart the 233 ema is just below the weekly central pivot point.  The daily M2 Pivot point is at  1.3717 and if price hits this level I expect profit taking to cause price to bounce and head back up.
