In continuation from yesterday, I am watching this pair very, very carefully.  It has in fact double bottomed on the daily chart, if you took a long off the 1.5350 you would have made over a hundred pips. GBP/USD Daily Analysis, October 6, 2011
The daily 5 ema seems to be in control of price so I am looking to see what will happen once again reaches the 1.5350 level.

Will it bouch or will it break?  Moving over to the 4 hour chart it is obvious that the 21 ema has been in control the very most.   On the hourly chart price has Fibbed and touched the 55 ema and the weekly S1. GBP/USD 1hour Analysis, October 6, 2011

On the 15 minute chart we reached the 21 ema which overlaps with the daily central pivot point.  Taking all this in consideration these are key indications that this  pair could fall today and I would be looking for resistance areas such as fibs, ema's and pivots to enter shorts.
