Gold climbed for a sixth straight session on Wednesday to settle at their highest level since April 29 as the dollar tumbled after the Federal Reserve officials left monetary policy unchanged and lowered projections of how much they will raise interest rates in the next few years.

The EUR/USD pair fell during the day on Tuesday, testing the 1.12 level. The GBP/USD is one of the more volatile pairs recently, and with good reason.
The USD/JPY pair fell initially during the day on Tuesday but found enough support at the 106 level to bounce yet again. There is something amiss about the Australian dollar right now, as we have seen such strength in the gold markets.
The S&P 500 had a very volatile session during the day on Tuesday, as we broke below the 50 day exponential moving average. The NASDAQ 100 did very much the same thing, testing the 4400 level for support.
