Accounts
Although Global Futures offers only one standard Forex account and one standard Futures account, it has more platforms and trading systems than any other options broker I have encountered. The Forex account can be opened with a minimum deposit of $250 and there are no commissions. The Futures account has no required minimum deposit and offers liberal day trading margins.
There are also several different trading directions that should meet the needs of almost every type of trader. The self-directed account was designed to meet the needs of the commodity trader who makes his or her own trading decisions and understands the need to regularly monitor the markets, apply their own trading techniques and keep abreast of margin requirements.
The full service account offers each trader a personal broker and is designed for the trader who desires some assistance and communication with a broker. It includes all of the services that can be expected from a leading brokerage company. When a client feels that professional assistance is no longer needed, he may opt to switch to a Self-Directed Deep Discount trading account.
There is also several automated trading systems, such as X_TRADER®, J-Trader, Q-trader and Turbo Trader 2, all of which send signals to traders informing them to execute trades in their accounts.
When doing this Global Futures review I was pleased to see that there is a demo account available for each of the different accounts. The demo account allows traders to use any of the trading platforms in a live, simulated environment where they can test the system and gain experience before moving on to a real trading account.
Platforms
Global Futures offers a choice of more than 10 futures and Forex platforms. Their futures platforms include Global Zen Trader, RAN Order and others.
For Forex traders, they offer the major platforms such as MetaTrader 4, Global Trading System (GTS), Global Zen Trader and FXCM Trading Station, e-GlobalFX as well as less well-known trading platforms.
Education
When it comes to educational services, the list at Global is never ending. This includes a weekly newsletter and commentary, an economic calendar, daily pivotal points and more. As far as services go, there is a futures quote board, futures charts, Forex tutorials and a host of videos on both futures and Forex trading.

Conclusion
Global Futures is one of the busiest brokers I have ever reviewed with so many choices, it could become confusing. But the Global Futures website is clearly set-out and organized and every feature is explained professionally and distinctly. Navigating the website was easier than I had anticipated.
